With support and coaching, we all can discover a superpower within us. These experiences tap Into our need for tribe connection! This is the number one differentiator in this space -that people energize people as opposed to a “spa-like,” “be alone” atmosphere.
Under high heat our bodies open blood flow, open our breath ways and helps promote metabolic regulation. It is here we set our breath work practice and prepare for intention.
Our state of the art cold tub is the calling card of helping our community find true see connection through practiced breath work. Here’s where people find that they can surge with the feeling of being focused and unstoppable.
Contrast therapy, sauna and ice plunge sessions, is great for recovery and overall health. Using contrast therapy can have a powerful impact on the body’s circulation and recovery.

We are excited to announce that PEP Lab is in the process of moving to another facility. We will have a limited schedule until the move.
Join us as a member or just drop in. We support and encourage each other in our quest for health and fitness. Join us as we laugh and shiver our way through plunges, sauna sits, and strength training.
Location: We meet in an upscale garage in One Loudoun, Ashburn

At the PEP Longevity Lab, we incorporate contrast therapy to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and elevate your mood. Our sequence is unique in that it combines sauna and ice exposure with elements of push for mental and physical adaptations.
Our PEP Lab sequence can have a powerful impact on the body. Benefits include:
- Improve circulation (heart health) – rapid dilation and constriction of blood vessels
- Inflammation regulation – reduced cortisol
- Metabolic improvement – production of brown fat with reduced white fat
- Mood improvement – increase eustress hormones (feel good hormones). And, helps regulate cortisol.

In addition, 3-5 mins of hard push exercise is added immediately after the tub. You want to put that feeling of power to work. We combine multiple types of appropriate exercise for the individual and mental problem solving/fine motor skills to maximize performance and brain effect.
